摘要 针对实验所搭建的800mm行程平台进行建模与动态特性分析,找出影响机床的加工质量的主要因素并提出解决方法。利用Solidworks软件对800mm行程平台进行三维实体建模。在ANSYS Workbench中对其简化模型进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。通过动态特性分析,验证模型简化的合理性,得到了系统的前六阶模态图和丝杠在X、Y、Z3个方向上的幅频曲线图。频率值为101.83Hz时,对于系统加工稳定性影响最大。实验验证,容易发生变形的部分主要是电机轴端和丝杠轴端,为选择材料提供了依据,并为以后该平台的耦合建模与仿真分析奠定了基础。 After modeling and analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the 800 mm stroke platform built for the experiment, the main factors affecting the processing quality of the machine are identified and solutions are proposed. Solidworks software is used to build three- dimensional solid model for the for the 800 mm stroke platform. Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of their simplified model is carried out in ANSYS Workbench. Through dynamic analysis, the validity of the simplified model is verified, and the first six modal web maps and screw system in the X, Y ,Z directions of the frequency curve are ob- tained. When the frequency is 101.83 Hz, processing stability for the system is most affected. Experimen- tal verification proves that the main motor shaft and the shaft end are the parts most prone to deformation. This provides the basis for the choice of materials, and for the future of the platform's coupling modeling and simulation analysis of the foundation.
