摘要
自主性和智能化是未来对地观测卫星发展的必然趋势,因为随着遥感卫星资源的增加,传统的对地观测卫星已经不能满足遥感应用中日益增长的高时效性、精确获取以及多样化的需求。结合对地观测的实际需求和目前的技术发展现状,提出了智能对地观测卫星载荷的初步设计,对其所具备的能力、工作原理以及其中的关键技术问题进行了阐述,提出了智能对地观测卫星载荷的发展建议。
The autonomy and intelligence are the inevitable development trend of future earth observation satellite,because the traditional earth observation satellite remote sensing application has been unable to meet the growing high timeliness,accurate acquisition and diversification demand with the increase of remote sensing satellite resources. Combining the actual demand for earth observation,the current status of the development of technology,this paper proposes a preliminary design of intelligent earth observation satellite payload. The capability,operating principle and key technologies are introduced. Finally the development proposals are put forward for intelligent earth observation satellite payload.
