摘要
针对现行风化壳淋积型稀土矿浸出时杂质铝等一同浸出的问题,提出了抑杂选择性浸出稀土的新工艺。以广东河源稀土矿为原料,对原料粒度、抑杂剂种类及用量、浸剂硫酸铵浓度和浸出过程液固比、时间、温度对稀土浸出率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,100 g矿样加入3 g硫酸铵、1 g 2#抑杂剂,液固比为2.0,室温下浸出10 min时,浸液RE>0.45 g/L,Al<1 mg/L,RE/Al>600,RE浸出率大于92%。
Aiming for the current problem of simultaneous leaching of RE and Al from weathered crust elution- deposited rare earth ores,the new technology of selective leaching RE by adding inhibitor was proposed to extract RE from rare earth ores. The process parameters,which effect the leaching rates of RE and the RE / Al in solution,such as concentratio of ammonium sulfate,liquid to solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperture and so on,were investigated. The experimental results show that over 92% RE is extracted from the rare earth ores by mixture of 100 g rare earth ores with 3 g ammonium sulfate,1g inhibitor impurities agents 2#at normal atmospheric temperature for 10 min with the liquid to solid ratio of 2 ∶ 1. The solution contains more than 0. 45 g / L RE,less than 1mg / L Al and more than 600 of RE / Al.
