老年急性冠脉综合征患者血清胱抑素C和同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉Gensini评分的相关性 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与Gensini评分的相关性。方法入组患者91例,其中非冠心病对照组20例,稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组28例,ACS组43例,检测3组患者外周血血清中CysC和Hcy水平,同时计算各组患者冠脉病变Gensini评分。结果 ACS患者CysC、Hcy水平与对照组比较均显著升高(P<0.05),ACS组与SAP组组间比较,CysC和Hcy水平有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析显示CysC与Hcy呈正相关(r=0.284,P<0.05),血清CysC与Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.321,P<0.005)。结论 ACS患者血清CysC与Hcy水平升高,而血清CysC和Hcy水平与Gensini评分均呈正相关,说明血清CysC与Hcy在一定程度上可以反映冠状动脉病变程度。 Objective To investigate the levels and relationships between the Gensini score and plasma cystatin( Cys) C,homocycteine( Hcy) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods 91 cases were selected: 20 patients excluded the diagnosis of coronary artery disease as control group,28 patients with stable angina pectoris( SAP),43 patients with acute coronary syndrome( ACS). The levels of Cys C and Hcy of 3 groups were detected. And the patients in SAP and ACS groups were given a mark with Gensini score. Results The levels of blood Cys C and Hcy in ACS group were obviously higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). The levels of Cys C and Hcy were positively correlated( r = 0. 284,P〈0. 05). And the level of Cys C was positively related with Gensini score( r = 0. 321,P〈0. 05). Conclusions The levels of blood Cys C and Hcy,and the levels of blood Cys C and Gensini score in ACS group are both correlated. These could reflect the level of coronary atherosclerosis to a certain degree.
