摘要
甲醛(HCHO)是高挥发性、有毒的有机化合物,对人体危害非常大。目前国内甲醛检测主要是用放置在实验室的昂贵设备完成的,存在检测成本高、检测时间长、操作不便等缺陷。针对该问题,基于三电极电化学甲醛气体传感器开发了便携式甲醛气体快速检测仪。经测试,该仪器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、稳定性强、便携性好、使用方便和价格低廉等特点,非常适合甲醛检测机构和个人用户使用,具有很好的推广价值和广阔的市场前景。
Formaldehyde( HCHO) is highly volatile and toxic organic compound; it has great harm to the human body. At present,formaldehyde detection in China is mainly accomplished by expensive equipment placed in the laboratory,thus the detection features defects of high cost,long time,and uneasy to operate,etc. To solve these problems,the portable rapid detector for formaldehyde has been developed based on the three- electrode electrochemical formaldehyde gas sensor. The tests show that the instrument possesses many advantages,such as high sensitivity,fast response speed,strong stability,good portability,easy to use and low cost etc.,it is suitable for formaldehyde testing organizations and individual users; so it has a very good promotional value and broad market prospects.
