Taking the Kunming-Nanning rail project as an example,this paper introduced the geological characteristics of the project construction period,through the analysis on different sub-grade base process,summed up the expansive sub-grade base treatment technology of changing coordinated the geo-grid cell cushion construction,discussed the matters needing attention in geo-grid cell construction,guaranteed the construction quality and construction schedule of sub-grade.
