Taking a highway expansion engineering as an example,this paper introduced the reinforcement principle of bidirectional geogrid,elaborated the construction technology main points of geogrid,and summarized the construction matters needing attention and quality control requirements,pointed out that the bidirectional geogrid was a reinforcement method with simple operation,low cost and obvious effects in high speed expansion engineering.
