从交通运行、交通组织、交通设施、交通安全等方面,选取具有代表性的指标,建立基于灰色综合评价法的交通影响程度评价模型,并以群力新区的三个建设项目为例,对各个建设项目的影响程度进行排序,计算结果符合项目实际建设时间安排。
