This paper elaborated the role of construction management in housing construction,through the induction and summary to a large number of engineering practice,elaborated the existing main problems in building construction management,and from the construction management system,investment accounting,quality management system construction and other aspects put forward corresponding solution measures,in order to reasonably control the construction cost,ensured the construction quality of building construction.
