摘要
从建筑物使用性质、消防设施增设、防火材料选取、人为因素等方面,论述了建筑物在二次装修过程中出现的各种问题,并分析了消防部门进行监督管理的难点,提出了有针对性的处理措施,为此类问题的监督管理工作提供了参考。
Starting from aspects of building utilization quality,firefighting equipment setting,firefighting material selection and personal factors,the paper discusses various problems occurring secondary architectural decoration,analyzes supervision management difficulties for firefighting department,and puts forward corresponding processing measures,which has provided some guidance for similar issue supervision management.
