利用乙苯液相过氧化反应的自由基动力学模型得到的计算值和实验数据十分接近,说明该模型符合反应实际。利用该模型可以进行多段降温过程的工艺优化模拟计算,从而达到同时兼顾反应速率和选择性的目的。

The liquid phase oxidation of ethylbenzene radical kinetics model calculated data and the experimental data are very close, indicating that the model is consistent with the actual response. The model can be used to simulate the process of multi section cooling process, which can achieve the purpose of taking into account both the rate and the selectivity of the reaction rate.
