摘要
简述了风力发电软电缆的使用特点;探讨了基料EPDM、配合剂体系的选择;试验并确定了耐寒EPR绝缘橡皮的中试与生产配方;放线生产并检测了耐寒EPR绝缘橡皮的性能。实验结果表明:选用乙烯、丙烯比百分含量不同的两种三元乙丙橡胶并用的方法,能有效地提高乙丙橡皮的耐寒性能,其力学性能、工艺性能均满足风力发电软电缆使用及生产要求。本技术申报了国家发明专利并获得授权证书。
This paper introduces wind power flexible cable applied characteristics. Discusses chose both basic material EPDM and accessory ingredient. Test and confirm cold-resistant EPR insulation rubber pilot plant test and production formula. Produce and test cold-resistant insulation rubber property. The test result shows that apply both different ratio percent of ethylene propylene two kinds of EPDM, effectively improve EPR cold-resistant property, physical and production suits for wind power flexible cable and production requirement, meantime we apply patent for invention and have the authorized certificate.
