摘要
通过对高速公路服务区原有污水处理站改造,从原来的"AO+石英砂过滤器"的工艺改成"AO十MBR膜"工艺,以期减少剩余污泥产量,降低用电费用,提高出水效果。经过改造后的出水水质稳定达标,并优于城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级A的标准,说明改造后的污水处理工艺可以处理进水有机物含量较高,碳氮比较低的污水,并在操作、污泥产量、投资等性能上作了说明,体现其先进性,同时提出运行管理需要注意的维护事项。
In this paper, the original "AO+quartz sand filter" process is transformed into "AO+MBR film" technology to reduce the surplus sludge production, reduce the use of electricity, improve the water quality, and is better than urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard A standard. After the transformation, the wastewater treatment process, the wastewater with high organic content, and the investment performance of the wastewater treatment plant, is proposed. Operation management needs to pay attention to the maintenance.
