摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定木糖母液中糖组分的方法。方法:采用AminexHPX一87H柱(7.8mm×300mm),以0.005mol/L硫酸为流动相,流速为0.5mL/min柱温50℃,检测器为示差检测器,进样量20L。结果:以峰面积定量,葡萄糖的线性范围为5~50g(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.8%,RSD=0.80%(n=9);木糖的线性范围为10~100μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.2%,RSD=0.52%(n=9);阿拉伯糖的线性范围为5-50μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率99.6%,RSD=0.75%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、结果准确可靠,可用于木糖母液中糖组分的测定。
Objective:To establish HPLC method for analysis of sugar components of mother solution of xyloseo Methods: Aminex HPX-87H column (7.8mm × 300mm) was used. The mobile phase was 0.005mol/L sulfuric acid. The flow rate was0.5mL·min-1. The column temperature was 50 temperature. The detector was refrac -tive index detector (RID). The injection volume was 20p, L. Results:Quantitative analysis by peak area,the linear of glucose range was 5~50 μg (r=0.9999). The average recoveries was 99.8% ,RSD=0.80% (n = 9). The linear of xylose rang was 10-100ixg (r=0.9999). The average recoveries was 100.2%, RSD=0.52% (n = 9). The linear of arabinose rang was 5-50 μg (r=0.9997). The average recoveries was 99.6%, RSD=0.75%(n = 9). Conclusions:The method is simple, result is reliable and accurate, for the determination the sugar components of xylose mother solution.
