摘要
运用力矩平衡与弯曲变形原理分析25m钢轨跨装运输时6个支点及车辆转向架受力,应用SolidWorks建立25m钢轨实体模型,采用ANSYS进行有限元仿真分析,设计并计算5种典型装载工况,表明现行装载方案中车辆转向架承重过大,确为偏重。为此,提出改变支点高度和支点纵向位置2种改进方案,并应用以上方法分别进行仿真分析;通过计算,改变支点1与支点6的高度和改变支点3与支点4的高度均不能解决偏重问题,调整支点1、3、4、6的纵向位置可以避免偏重;运用MATLAB拟合得出合理的支点纵向位置,确定改进方案并予以验证。
The forces acting on rail fulcrums and vehicle bogies during the transportation of 25 mrails were analyzed based on the principle of moment balance and bending deformation,and entity model of 25 mrail was established by Solidworks.Finite simulation was made by ANSYS under 5typical loading conditions.The results showed that the vehicle bogies in the current loading scheme were overloaded and unbalanced weight of vehicle existed.Two solutions for improvement were put forward including change of the height of fulcrums and change of the longitudinal position of fulcrums on the vehicle,and finite simulation analysis using the above method was made.According to the results of the simulation and calculation,the problem of unbalanced weight cannot be solved by changing the height of fulcrums.Adjustment of the longitudinal positions of fulcrums may avoid weight unbalancing.Finally,reasonable longitudinal positions of fulcrums were obtained through the use of Matlab fitting.Plans for improvement were determined and verified.
