摘要
利用环-块式载流摩擦磨损试验机模拟高速列车弓网系统的运行工况,综合考虑弓网间接触压力、电流、滑动速度、时间、摩擦系数、电弧能量等多种因素对滑板磨损量的影响,分析各项参数与纯碳滑板磨损量之间的相关性。利用各参数变量投影重要性指标,研究各参数对纯碳滑板磨损量的影响程度。采用偏最小二乘回归方法(Partial Least-square regression,PLS)建立各项影响参数和纯碳滑板磨损量之间的模型公式,实现纯碳滑板材料在实际运行过程中的磨损量预测。
Experimental tests on the friction and wear behavior of the pantograph-catenary systems of highspeed trains were performed using a block-on-ring test apparatus.Comprehensive consideration was given on the influence of various factors such as the contact force between the contact strip and the contact wire,sliding speed of the strip,electric current,running time,friction coefficient and the energy of arc discharge on the wear volume of the contact strip.The correlation between various parameters and the wear volume of the contact strip was analyzed.Variable importance in the projection for each parameter was used to assess the impact of different parameters on the wear volume of the carbon contact strip.The partial least-square regression(PLS)method was used to establish the model formula between influencing parameters and the wear volume of carbon contact strip to realize prediction on the real wear volume of the contact strip under actual running conditions.
