旋挖钻机成孔灌注桩在东非工程中的应用

Application of the rotary drilling rig in East African engineerings

旋挖钻机具有自动化程度高、钻机定位准确、作业效率高、移动灵活方便、适用性广泛等特点,目前在我国及欧美国家已广泛应用于工业与民用建筑工程、道路及桥梁工程、水利工程等方面。但在一些不发达的国家和地区,因设备、工艺技术及管理等方面因素限制,应用还较少。某公司在东非总承包一工业类项目,因地质情况及承载力要求,基础采用桩基础。根据现场条件、设计文件及旋挖钻机的特点及优点,选用旋挖钻机作为桩基施工设备。文章结合现场施工实践,介绍旋挖钻机成孔灌注桩在项目上的应用。

Rotary drilling rig is the new technical machine which has high degree of automation, high speed for drilling holes, accurate positioning, high efficiency and it can move easily at site. It is widely used in the construction of industrial and civil works, road, bridge and water conservancy works in China, America and Europe. But it has been little used in undeveloped countries and regions. The company has implemented a project in East Africa, in which most of the building foundations are piles. After analysis of the site conditions, engineering documents and advantages of the rotary drilling rig machine, it＇s decided to use this machine in the project.Combined with the construction practice, it introduceos the promotion and application of the rotary drilling rig in projects.
