摘要
吸收塔是湿法烟气脱硫系统的主体结构,吸收塔内部流场不仅影响脱硫效率,而且影响除雾器的工作效果。特别是GGH取消后,烟气由于吸收塔流场分布不均携带更多的石膏浆液,会产生严重的石膏雨现象。采用FLUENT软件对国华三河电厂300 MW湿法烟气脱硫系统增容提效改造前后的流场进行模拟,并对优化后的流场进行分析。
Absorption tower was the main structure of wet flue gas desulfurization system,the desulfurization efficien- cy and performance of demister were affected by the internal flow field of absorption tower. Especially after cancelling the GGH, flue gas carried more gypsum slurry due to the uneven distribution of the internal flow field and led to gyp- sum rain. In this paper,the flow field before and after enhancing capacity and efficiency of FGD system of 350 MW unit of Sanhe Power Station was simulated by using FLUENT software and the optimized flow field was analyzed.
