This essay clarifies the training types and forms of the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. It also clarifies the ideas and methods of classified and layered training, checking and evaluation and reviews the re- sults achieved in Sichuan It proposes. Propose methods as focusing： focus resources construction and its applica- tion; strengthening personnel training in ethnic minority areas; selecting some points for demonstration; setting standards for qualification of practitioners ; attaching great importance on the service for the grassroots and deepe- ning research of the training work for next stage.
