The rural library has been promoted rapidly throughout the country. At the same time, there are many challenges in promotion, such as the lack of circulation capital guarantee, the not so imperfect management mecha- nism, the not so optimized administrating team, and the uninteresting reading of readers. To solve these problems, we should make sure the stability of money, complete and optimize the management mechanism, strengthen adminis- trating team and promote the usage rate of rural libraries, so as to obtain the actual effect.
