摘要
防城港电厂一期工程取水许可有效期2014年年底到期。根据2009~2014年电厂实际合理用水需求数据并考虑其进一步节水潜力的基础上,对其延续取水规模开展取水评估。通过评估分析,防城港电厂一期工程申请的延续取水量为331.5万m^3,较原取水许可证申请水量420万m^3节余88.5万m^3,其用水水平符合行业用水指标要求。
The valid period of water permits of Stage Ⅰ project of Fangchenggang Power Plant expired at the end of 2014. According to the actual water demand data of power plant within the period from 2009 to 2014, taking into ac-count its water saving potentiality, the continued water permit scale was evaluated. Based on analysis, a continuedwater permit of 3.315×10^6m^3 was applied, 0.885×10^6m^3 less than the original 4.2×10^6m^3. This water use level con-forms to requirements of industrial index.
