中国“新常态”下的发展与挑战

The development and challenges on China's “New Normal”

中国在经历了30多年的经济快速发展之后,从2012年开始,受到内外各种不利因素和压力的影响,GDP增长速度开始放慢。在新时期,经济结构调整,GDP增长速度和质量并重,科技创新和产业升级,将成为未来5年甚至更长时间的发展"新常态"。文章回顾中国近40年经济改革开放所创造的经济奇迹,表述经济社会发展"新常态"的内涵,提出"新常态"下中国面对的机遇和挑战,为今后时期进入可持续的经济发展轨道提出相应的对策和战略。

After 30 years of fast economic growth, China＇s GDP incremental speed has been slowing down by various negative factors and internal and external pressures since 2012. In the future five years or even longer time,the ＂New Normal＂ will be reflected as economic structural adjustment, balancing GDP growth speed and quality,technology innovation and industrial upgrading. This paper reviewed the Chinese miracle on its economic reform and opening policy during the recent 40 years. It defined the content of the ＂ New Normal ＂ on economic and social development, and raised the opportunities and challenges China faced. Finally, it proposed some important strategies to make the economy go into a sustainable development trajectory in the near future.
