摘要
以色列阿什杜德港28号码头采用高桩梁板式结构,主体工程开工前需对4根钢管桩进行沉桩试验。现场存在浮式施工平台难以满足施工精度要求、坚硬黏土层沉桩难度大、辅助桩受波浪力作用摆动大、钢管桩整根起吊困难等技术难题。通过采用顶升平台作为施工平台、翻桩器翻桩、移动导向架定位工程桩,履带吊配合液压冲击锤沉桩的新工艺,有效解决了现场技术难题,顺利完成了28号码头试桩工作。
Quay 28 of Ashdod Port in Israel is a high piled slab structure. Before the main project starts, there are four pipe piles needing pile dynamic testing. There are many challenges during construction, such as the floating construction platform at site is very difficult to meet the required tolerance, it is very hard to driving piles through the stiff clay layer, the guide piles swing too much under the wave action and having difficulty handling a whole pipe pile. All these problems have been solved by using a jack up platform as the construction platform, lifting the whole pipe pile by a turn over device, adopting a moving guide frame to position the production pipe piles and using the new construction technology of driving piles with a crawler and a hydraulic impact hammer. Finally, the pile dynamic testing is finished successfully.
