Analyzing on Tension Control of Tandem Cold Mill Coiler and Adjustment

结合酸洗一冷连轧联合机组调试过程，介绍了卷取机张力控制系统的组成、控制原理。对实现卷取机张力控制的几个重要参数计算方法作了介绍，对参数设置调整时的要点作了说明。总结了调试中出现的问题，分析了问题出现的原因，提出了最终的解决方法。

With reference to the commissioning process of pickling and tandem cold mill line, present the composition and principle of coiler tension control. Introduce the calculation method of sev- eral key parameters used for controlling the coiler tension, and describe the key points of parameter set- ting adjustment. Sum up problems occurred in commissioning, and find out the reason after analyzing. The final solution is proposed.
