摘要
针对圆辊筛筛分粒度分级不好、入炉生球质量不佳、含粉率较高、影响竖炉透气性等问题进行了设备工艺技术改造。改造后提高了生球质量、减少了入炉粉末、提高了料柱的透气性，为竖炉的稳产高产提供了先决条件。
The roller screen has some problems, such as bad particle size grading, poor green pellet quality, high powder content rate, bad effects on vertical furnace porosity.
