限制性红细胞输血策略的依据及输血阈值 被引量：5

摘要 从世界范围看，由于广泛存在对血液的不正确使用，造成临床血液供应紧缺，且增加患者的健康风险，为此，WHO血液安全和临床技术策略指出：提高临床输血水平，避免不必要的输血是保证输血安全的一项重要措施。临床治疗贫血的传统输血阈值是Hb100g／L（Hct 30％），该值是根据最大氧输送到外周器官的理论计算值而人为设定的。
