摘要
针对目前业内对于压力/真空断开装置(PV breaker)是否适用于未装设惰性气体系统的船舶存在理解上的差异的问题,从公约条款、各船级社规范,油船装卸货操作要求以及货舱压力故障事故树分析等方面对油船PV breaker的适用范围进行探讨,提出油船PV breaker新的适用范围。
Due to the different understanding of whether the pressure / vacuum（ PV） breaker should be installed on a tanker without inert gas system,the new application range of the PV breaker is proposed based on analysis of convention requirements,class rules,cargo handling regulations and fault tree analysis of cargo tank pressure.
