摘要
考虑到钻井船干货舱内部纵横舱壁均采用槽型舱壁,为了保证槽型舱壁端部与主甲板连接处的结构力学性能及焊接工艺性能,采用有限元方法,对设计的"板凳"连接结构及3种偏心T型材与肘板组合结构进行计算分析对比,确定出合适的槽型舱壁端部节点连接形式,通过了DNV船级社OSLO总部审核。
Corrugation bulkhead is used in the inner dry cargo holds of the drill ship including transverse and longitudinal bulkheads. In order to research a reasonable corrugation termination to get good mechanical and welding property,the finite element analysis is carried out and the results are compared among different projects including the stool design and three kinds of unsymmetrical T-Girder with brackets. The most suitable project is chosen,which has been approved by DNV OSLO,which can provide a practical engineer reference for corrugation termination design.
