摘要
从健康学、社会学、心理学的角度审视生命质量与体育健康促进的互动关系,并提出应构建"生命为本"的体育健康促进体系,形成以体育健康教育理念为基础、生命质量提升并展现生命自然为本征的体育健康促进与生命质量的动态平衡体系。
From the aspects of health science,sociology and psychology,the paper discusses the interactive relation between the life quality and sports health promotion so as to provide real and theoretical support for the research of life quality of the urban residents in China,establish the sports health promotion system featured with life orientation and the dynamic balance system based on sports health education concept.
