摘要
电力系统作为我国国民经济的基础产业,在国民经济以及社会的发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用,所以确保电网的安全运行就是一项重要的任务和责任。由于我国电网系统存在种种问题,导致经常出现事故,进而使得电网大面积的停电。从电网大面积停电的风险入手分析,进一步阐述了在发生大面积停电时的应急演练实践。结果表明该研究能为相关的人员提高应急处置能力提供一定的帮助。
The electric power system as the basic industry of national economy in our country plays an important role in the development of the society and national economy,so ensuring the safe operation of the power grid is an important task and responsibility. Since the power grid system in our country has various problems,which can cause frequent accidents,and then the power grid performs large area blackouts. The risk of power grid blackouts is analyzed,and the emergency drill practice for large area blackouts is further elaborated. The research can provide certain help for improving the emergency disposal ability to relevant personnel.
