增加居民消费需求是促进经济社会发展的前提和保障,是改善民生、促进社会发展的重要内容。只有采取各种措施扩大消费,让消费真正启动和强劲起来,才能保持经济平稳较快发展,才能确保保障和改善民生的目标顺利实现。文章在分析目前江苏居民消费基本情况、存在问题及影响因素的基础上,结合宏观经济环境出现的新变化探析江苏居民消费变化趋势,并提出新常态下扩大江苏居民消费需求的对策建议。

Increasing the residents＇ consumption needs is not only the premise and guarantee of social and economic development but also the main contents of the improvement of life standard and social progress.Onlyby taking various measures to increase residents＇ consumption needs can the steady and quick economic development be guaranteed and the aims concerning the improvement of residents＇ life standard be achieved.Based on an analysis of the situation, problems and decisive factors of residents＇ consumption demand as well as an exploration into the trends in consumption in Jiangsu Province in response to the new macro-economicenvironment, some measures concerning the increase of residents＇ consumption needs in Jiangsu Province under the new normal are put forward.
