基层就业政策对促进大学生就业的有效性研究

A Research into the Effectiveness of Grassroots Level Employment Promotion Policies on College Graduates' Job-seeking Success

中国经济发展进入新常态,经济增速放缓也使就业率逐步下降,加之逐年增加的毕业生数量,使大学生就业难的问题更加凸显。在此背景下,鼓励大学生到基层就业仍是国家政策的主要导向。从基层就业政策带动大学生就业的有效性上进行定量分析,表明基层就业在促进大学生就业方面还有广阔的空间,要引导大学生到基层就业,充分发挥基层就业政策的就业带动作用,缓解大学生就业难的问题。

As China＇ s economic development has entered a period named the New Normal, decrease in growth rate and increase in the accumulating number of college graduates have complicated the matter of employment pressure. Accordingly, encouraging college graduate to seek employment in basic level institutions remain the mainstream national policy orientation. An quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of grassroots level employment promotion policies on college graduates＇ job-seeking success indicates that there is much room in the basic level institutions for further efforts to implement employment promotion policies, play a leading role, guide and attract college graduates to seek employment so as to reduce the burden caused by college graduates＇ difficulties in getting employed.
