摘要 高职院校实践教学存在很多问题,诸如传统的灌输教学法依然占据主导、实践条件不足并滞后、缺乏真正的实践教学师资队伍、实践教材实用性与质量性不强、实践教学形式单一、深度不够、实践教学时间难以保障等。要解决问题,就必须明确实践教学理念,确立实践教学目标;完善实训条件,构建实践平台;健全培养机制,提高教师技能;邀请实务专家合编教材,丰富实践课程内容;构建多元且递进的实践形式,注重学生综合素养培育;实施多主体的评价机制,建立科学指标体系等途径,提高高职院校实践教学的成效。 Polytechnic practice teaching bears such problems as domination by traditional brainwashing, insutficient practice conditions, shortage of skilled practice teachers and time, weaknesses in textbook practicality and quality, and lack of diversity and profoundness in teaching. To solve all these problems, perceptions on practice teaching must be clarified, objectives must be established, practice conditions must be optimized and practice teaching platforms must be set up and teachers' practice skills must be elevated. Meanwhile, new textbooks must be co-edited with practical masters to make enrich the contents of practice teaching, construct gradual muhi-polarised practice forms and stress the training of students' comprehensive qualities. So far as assessment is concerned, a scientific index system should be constructed and a multi-subject evaluation process should be conducted.
