大学生创业心理品质的模型构建研究

A Study on the Model Construction of the Psychological Quality of Pioneering Pursuit in College Students

随着高校制度的变迁以及市场经济的发展,大学生或积极主动,或消极被动地加入了创业队伍之中。然而创业的成功与否一定程度上取决于是否具有良好的创业心理品质。大学生创业心理品质的影响因子主要包括创业心态、创业意志、创业个性以及社会责任感。通过对这四个要素的分析,建立大学生创业能力的现实和理想模型,可以了解大学生创业心理品质与创造能力之间的动态关系,并为大学生创业成功提供必需的理论探索。

With the changes in the system of colleges and universities as well as the development of market economy, college students are positively or negatively involved in the team of pioneering pursuit. However, the latter＇s success counts largely on the psychological state of the undertakers. Four factors constitutes what can be influential on the psychological state of pioneering pursuit in college students： mood, will, personality and social responsibility. This paper, by analyzing the four factors, constructs the ideal and realistic model of the ability of pioneering pursuit of college students, by which a knowledge of the relation of the pioneering pursuit quality and pioneering pursuit ability can be obtained, which, in turn, can shed light on the success of pioneering pursuit of college students.
