“3P”模式在急性心肌梗死患者救治中的应用效果

Application effect of “3P” mode in emergency patients with myocardial infarction

目的探讨"3P"模式[抢救设备最佳状态(perfecting equipment)、最佳的护理技能(perfecting nursing ability)及最佳抢救流程应用(Perfecting emergency project)]在急诊心肌梗死(AMI)患者救治中的应用效果。方法选取本院急诊科收治的急性心肌梗死并行急诊抢救的患者100例为研究对象,根据患者抢救模式不同分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组接受常规急诊护理模式,观察组接受"3P"模式护理,比较两组护理人员的效率、并发症发生率及满意度。结果观察组护理人员的接诊时间、术前准备时间、采血时间、静脉给药时间以及总抢救时间均明显短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者的心室颤动、冠状动脉闭塞、迷走神经反射亢进以及冠状动脉破裂的例数明显少于对照组(均P<0.05),且总并发症发生率亦明显少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者十分满意的例数及总满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 "3P"模式应用于急诊心肌梗死患者能有效地提升医护人员的工作效率,降低患者并发症发生率,同时提升患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of ＂3P＂ mode in emergency patients with myocardial infarc- tion. Methods 100 patients with myocardial infarction in the emergency department of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to patients in the rescue mode in different patients, 50 cases in each group. The control group received the routine emergency nursing mode. The observation group received ＂3P＂ mode of nursing mode. The nursing efficiency, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nurs- ing staff the reception time, preoperative preparation time, sampling time, intravenous administration time and total res- cue time of observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group. The number of cases of patients with ventricular fibrillation, coronary occlusion, vagal overactivity and coronary artery rupture of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group. The incidence of total complication of observation group was signifi- cantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion ＂3P＂ model applied in emergency patients with myocardial infarc- tion can effectively improve the work efficiency of medical staff, reduce the incidence of complications among patients and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
