摘要
精索静脉曲张(Varicocele,VC)是引起男性不育最常见疾病之一,外科手术是VC最重要的治疗方式。目前关于VC的手术适应征与手术治疗方式已进行了大量的研究,开放手术、显微外科手术、腹腔镜手术、血管栓塞硬化治疗等是目前治疗VC的常用外科治疗方法。但目前对于精索静脉曲张的手术适应症、以及手术方式的抉择仍存在大量争议。因此,本文就目前关于VC的手术适应征与治疗方式抉择进展做一综述。
Varicocele is one of the most common diseases which induced male infertility, operation is the most im portant treatment. A great many experiments have been made about operation of VC. Open surgery, microsurgery, lapa- roscopy and embolization are commonly used for VC. However, controversies were existed about indication and choice of operation type in treatment of VC. Therefore, this review was overviewed on the progress of operation of VC currently.
