局部复发直肠癌的诊治现状与展望

Status and expectation of local recurrence of rectal cancer

直肠癌已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,且发病率在国内外均呈逐步上升趋势,发病年龄亦趋向年轻化。随着医学进展和诊疗水平的逐步提高,其手术技术有了较大的进展,但直肠癌根治术后复发率仍较高,是影响患者生活质量、治疗失败并导致患者死亡的主要原因。直肠癌术后复发主要表现为局部复发,由于其诊断及治疗的复杂性,一直是结直肠外科及肿瘤治疗领域具有挑战性的重大难题之一。因此,愈来愈受到关注及重视。本文就局部复发直肠癌的诊治现状与展望作一综述。

Rectal cancer has become one of the main diseases threatening human health, and the incidence of both at home and abroad have been gradually rising trend, and the onset age also tend to be younger. Although the diagnostic level and surgical techniques have improved, the local recurrence rate after radical resection of rectal cancer is still high, and become the main cause of affect patients＇ quality of life, treatment failure and death of patients. Local recurrence is the primary form of recurrence of rectal cancer after surgery, which always been one of the major challenging problem in the field of colorectal surgery and tumor therapy because of the complexity of its diagnosis and treatment, so more and more be concern and attention. This article reviews the present status and prospect of diagnosis and treatment about local recurrent rectal cancer.
