糖尿病性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的Fas、P53基因表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病性白内障及老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞(LEC)的凋亡与Fas、P53基因的关系。方法在白内障超声乳化手术中取糖尿病性及老年性白内障患者的晶状体前囊膜标本45例,应用光镜,电镜观察LEC的凋亡情况,应用RT-PCR定量检测Fas蛋白,P53蛋白在白内障LEC中的表达。结果两种白内障LEC中均有Fas,P53蛋白表达。Fas蛋白在糖尿病性白内障LEC中的表达平均是老年性白内障的13.34倍,P53蛋白在糖尿病性白内障LEC中的表达平均是老年性白内障的7.3倍,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种白内障LEC均出现凋亡,Fas、P53基因在糖尿病性白内障LEC凋亡中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between lens epithelial cells (LEC) apoptosis of the diabetic cataract and senile cataract and Fas, P53 gene. Methods Anterior lens capsules specimens 45 cases were took from diabetic and senile cataract patients in the cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation, using light and electron microscopic to observing apoptosis of LEC, and applying RT-PCR to detect quantitatively expression of Fas protein and Bax protein in cataract LEC. Results Two kinds of cataract in the LEC had both protein expression of Fas and P53. Fas protein expression in diabetic cataract LEC was 13.34 times in senile cataract. P53 protein expression in diabetic cataract LEC was 7.3 times in senile cataract,there were significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05). Condnsion Fas and P53 genes may play an important role in cataract LEC apoptosis.
