血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平与动脉硬化的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)水平与动脉硬化的相关性。方法选取动脉硬化病例124例,并于同期体检人群选取非动脉硬化病例75例,提取其体格检查、生化检测、动脉硬化检查等指标。通过对其进行分析以明确GGT水平与动脉硬化的相关性。结果动脉硬化组血清GGT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中中、重度动脉硬化组血清GGT水平又高于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、高血压、高血脂和血清GGT水平是动脉硬化的独立预测因素(相应B、P值分别为-0.669、0.002,1.716、0.002,0.966、0.006,0.622、0.000)。结论动脉硬化患者血清GGT水平高于正常人群,GGT对动脉硬化有预测作用,应该引起重视。
