摘要
当前,我国高校意识形态教育研究对于各国各地区意识形态教育经验教训的总结和一般规律的揭示远远不够,需要不断加强;理论研究不够深入,应加强哲学反思和前提批判,深入追问高校意识形态教育何以可能和如何可能,以为其有效实施解蔽去蒙;实践研究内容重复,亟需政府和高校创新教育体制机制,建立全面的考核指标体系,完善基于绩效管理的分配制度,健全绩效管理反馈机制,着力打造老实人不吃亏的生存环境,激励研究者践行社会主义核心价值观,淡泊名利,增强社会责任和历史担当,培育高尚的人文情怀,以之形塑新型大学精神,促进高校意识形态教育的研究创新。
Present Chinese research of ideological education of colleges and universities can be divided into reference research, theoretical research, and practical research according to different horizons of the researchers.The reference research can be divided into reference research to developed capitalist countries, reference research to the Soviet Union and Russia, and reference research to Hong Kong. The theoretical research can be divided into foundation research and application research of thoughts and theories of ideological education of colleges and universities. The practical research of ideological education of colleges and universities can be divided into the research under horizon of ideological and political education, the research under horizon of different subjects, and the research under horizon of practical problems. These researches involve a wide field of topics and lots of issues with comprehensive content. Their defects are that reference research is too weak, which needs to be strengthened;theoretical research is not deep enough, which needs to be deepened; the content of practice research is somewhat repeated, which needs to be innovated.
