摘要
学生自治会是民国时期训育实践的基本组织。民国中后期武冈境内设有三所师范学校,县立、省立共存,初级、中级并立,训育工作以学生自治会为依托开展系列实践活动,取得显著成效:训育促进了学生德、智、体、美、劳各方面发展,是课堂教学以外德育的有益补充;重视社会实践、讲求实践实效性是训育实践的最大亮点。立足社会、融入生活,要求学生将所学回报于社会,有目的地服务于社会,这种社会实践模式对我国当代高等职业教育培养有理想、有担当、不脱离社会现实、具有专门职业技能的高素质复合型人才不无启示:道德教育不能脱离社会实际;班级组织的有效管理和运作是提高实践实效性的重要路径。
The primary organization for Moral Discipline Practice in Republican China was student council.In the mid-late periods of the Republic of China, three normal schools were set up in Wugang.The Moral Discipline Practice of Secondary Normal Schools in Republican China, based on student council, took the form of various activities and got remarkable results. First, Moral Discipline Practice, as a beneficial supplementary for moral education outside the classroom, facilitates students' all-round development of morality, intelligence physique and aesthetic. Second, the emphasis on social practice highlights the Moral Discipline Practice at that time. This practice model which is based on the reality of our society and life and emphasizes to serve and contribute to the society purposefully, provides a deep implication for contemporary vocational education in China.
