高校“非遗”传承专业教学团队建设实效性研究——以浙江高校27个相关基地建设为例

The Effectiveness of Constructing Teaching Team for Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in College: A Case Study of 27 Bases in Colleges of Zhejiang

高校非物质文化遗产传承专业教学基地建设将为非物质文化遗产继承保护增添新生动力,对促进非物质文化遗产的传承与保护具有重要价值。目前,高校"非物质文化遗产"传承教学基地建设的关键环节是教学团队建设。当本着遵循非物质文化遗产特征及规律的原则,从整体建设的理念来进行教学团队建设。主要途径为:总体设计,统筹规划;拓展引进人才渠道;搭建好校企合作平台;构建"非遗"教学基地师资人力资源中心及着力培养"非遗"传承教学基地专业带头人。

The construction of teaching bases in college for the inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage（＂ICH＂） will render impetus to both the protection and Inheritance of ICH,and is therefore significant to promoting the protection and inheritance. The key to the construction of the bases lies in the construction of teaching teams. The construction of teaching teams should subject to the overall plan for the construction of the bases and be based on the characteristics of ICH. The ways that can be adopted include： formulating an overall design and planning, expanding talent introduction channels,establishing cooperation platforms that involved colleges and enterprises,setting up an HR center and nurturing academic leaders for the bases.
