摘要
"翻转课堂"是一种新型的教学模式,也是大学英语教学的新趋势。本研究指出传统大学英语阅读教学的弊端,从大学英语教师的特点、大学生自身特点以及高校大学英语教学已有的模式三方面分析了"翻转课堂"模式在大学英语阅读教学中实施的可行性,提出构建课前自主准备、课中重点实施和课后巩固提高的大学英语阅读教学"翻转课堂"模式并体现以"学生为中心"的实施特点。同时指出"翻转课堂"模式在大学英语阅读教学中的应用应注意调动学生参与课堂活动的积极性,兼顾课内阅读和课外阅读。
"Flipped Classroom"is a new teaching mode, and it is a new trend of college English reading teaching. This paper puts forward the disadvantages of traditional college English reading teaching and analyzes the feasibility of the "flipped classroom"mode in college English reading teaching through illustrating the characteristics of college English teachers and college students and the existing teaching mode of college English teaching. This paper also establishes the"flipped classroom"mode of college English reading teaching which features autonomous preparation before class, implementation of the key points in class and consolidation and improvement after class. It also reflects the characteristics of being student-centered. Meanwhile this paper points out students should be encouraged to participate in the classroom activities actively and in and out class reading should both be taken into account in applying"flipped classroom"mode to the college English reading teaching.
