摘要
目的探讨僵人综合征的临床特点,分析误诊原因,以减少误诊误治。方法对我院收治的曾误诊的2例僵人综合征的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本文2例均因肢体强直就诊,曾分别误诊为帕金森病和癔症,均按误诊疾病给予相应治疗效果不佳。入我院后经肌电图及脑脊液等检查皆确诊为僵人综合征,给予氯硝西泮及地西泮等药物治疗后均症状好转出院。随访6个月和1年,无复发。结论僵人综合征是临床罕见的肌肉疾病,临床表现缺乏特异性及对认识不足是导致误诊误治的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of stiff person syndrome,analyze the causes of misdiagnosis in order to reduce misdiagnosis rate. Methods The clinical data of 2 misdiagnosed cases of stiff person syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results Both the two patients were admitted for limb stiffness,and were misdiagnosed as Parkinson＇s disease and hysteria respectively. Both underwent treatment with poor effect. Upon admission,they took ENG,cerebrospinal fluid and other tests,after which they were confirmed with stiff-man syndrome. After Clonazepam and Diazepam and other medications,the symptoms improved and were discharged after treatment. Follow-up of 6 months and 1 year showed no recurrence. Conclusion Stiff person syndrome is a clinically rare muscle disease. The main cause of misdiagnosis is due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and lack of knowledge.
