摘要
目的:对比研究藏药秦艽植物解吉嘎保、解吉那保的性味、药用部位、功效及用法;利用HPLC法测定两种藏药材花中龙胆苦苷的含量,考察含量对其用法的影响。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Waters Sun Fire C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 m L/min。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.0500~2.0000μg呈良好的线性关系(r^2=0.9996);解吉嘎保、解吉那保的平均回收率分别为96.00%、98.48%,RSD%分别为1.93%、1.78%。结论:解吉那保花中龙胆苦苷的含量约为解吉嘎保花的7倍,指标性成分龙胆苦苷的含量或许可成为两种藏药秦艽用法差异的理论依据;所建立的HPLC法简便快捷、准确、灵敏度高,可用于龙胆科秦艽植物解吉那保、解吉嘎保的质量控制。
Objective: Comparative study on the properties, tastes, functions and uses in Gentiana straminea Maxim. And G. crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk., to determine the contents of gentiopicrin in two kinds of varieties of Gentianae Macorphyllae Radix in flowers by HPLC, and to study the effect of contents on the uses. Methods:The separation was performed on Waters Sun Fire C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC, using methanol-water as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. Results: The linear range of gentiopicrin was 0.0500~2.0000 μg(r^2=0.9996). The average recoveries of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burkill. and Gentiana straminea Marin. were 96.00 % and 98.48 % with RSD% being 1.93% and 1.78%,respectively. Conclusions: This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and it can be used for the quality control of Gent.
