The New Role of the Pharmacist in the JCI Mode

目的:探讨药师在JCI模式下的新作用。方法:按照JCI标准的目标和要求,对我院药师在审方、核对、高危药品、中药单剂量发药等工作环节进行分析,提出相应的改进措施。结果:通过持续质量改进,药师发挥药学专长,极大保障病人用药安全。结论:通过JCI认证,对我院药学各个工作环节存在的问题不断循序改进,药师为病人提供更加安全、合理、优质、规范的药学服务。

Objective： To study the new role of the pharmacist in the JCI mode. Methods： According to the goal of JCI standards and requirements, we analyzed the work link of the pharmacist in our hospital, such as prescriptions; check the high-risk drugs, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） single dose pills and so on. Then we put forward the corresponding improving measures. Results： Through continuous quality improvement, pharmacists play a pharmacy specialty; we guarantee patient safety in the largest extent. Conclusions： Through JCI certification, each work link problems of pharmacy has gained continuous improvement. Pharmacists provide the patient with the safe, reasonable, high quality, standardization of pharmaceutical care.
