分经论治推拿治疗小儿感冒73例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 73 Cases of Differentiation and Massage on Common Cold in Children

目的:观察分经论治推拿治疗小儿感冒的临床疗效。方法:选取146例小儿感冒患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组(73例)和治疗组(73例)。其中对照组予感冒灵颗粒治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予分经论治推拿治疗,观察两组患者体温、临床主要症状及血象异常总例数的变化。结果:治疗后,对照组体温疗效总有效率为79.4%,治疗组为95.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血象异常比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经不同方法治疗后,治疗组血象异常例数少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床疗效总有效率为80.8%,治疗组为98.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小儿感冒采用分经论治推拿治疗,能快速降低患者体温,使其恢复正常,使血象尽快改善,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treatment of massage on influenza in children. Methods： A total of 146 cases of pediatric cold patients were randomly divided into control group （73 cases） and treatment group （73 cases）. The control group was treated with Ganmaoling granule, besides the control group, the treatment group received by the therapy of differentiation and massage. The changes of temperature, main clinical symptoms and abnormal blood total cases were observed. Results： After the treatment, the temperature total efficiency of the control group was 79.4%, the treatment group was 95.9% （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, the blood abnormality of the two groups had no statistically difference （P〉0.05）. After different treatment, the number of the blood abnormalities of the treatment group was fewer than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the control group was 80.8%, and the treatment group was 98.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The massage therapy has good effects on common cold in children, which can quickly reduce the body temperature of patients with the return to normal, as soon as possible to improve the blood, and improve the clinical efficacy.
