“图标教学记忆法”在拔火罐中医护理操作中的运用

Application of the Icon Method in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping Nursing Operation

目的:探讨"图标教学记忆法"在拔火罐中医护理操作中的应用效果。方法:湖南中医药大学护理学院2012级护理1、2班对照组采用常规拔火罐中医护理操作教学方法,2012级护理3、4班观察组在常规拔火罐中医护理操作教学方法基础上,加用"图标教学记忆法",比较两组学生的期末操作考试成绩、备物时间长短、备物是否齐全。结果:观察组操作考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组用物准备时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用物齐全人数高于对照组、用物不齐全人数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在拔火罐中医护理教学中运用"图标教学记忆法",用有趣的图标记忆过程达到准确的记忆目的,能激发学生学习兴趣,快速提高护理操作水平,培养其自主学习能力。

Objective： To explore the effect of the Icon Method application in the traditional Chinese medicine cupping nursing operation. Methods： Using traditional Chinese medicine cupping nursing operation teaching methods in 2012 nursing class 1 and class 2 as control group, while using the Icon Memory Method based on the traditional methods in 2012 nursing class 3 and class 4 as the observation group. Then compare the operation tests scores of the final tests and the time and competence of preparation of the two groups of students. Results： The operation final tests scores of the observation group were higher, preparation time was shorter, and number of completed people was more than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusions： Applying the fun Icon Method can stimulate the enthusiasm for learning of students and improve their nursing operation tests scores rapidly as well as cultivate self-learning ability.
