摘要
目的:探讨"图标教学记忆法"在拔火罐中医护理操作中的应用效果。方法:湖南中医药大学护理学院2012级护理1、2班对照组采用常规拔火罐中医护理操作教学方法,2012级护理3、4班观察组在常规拔火罐中医护理操作教学方法基础上,加用"图标教学记忆法",比较两组学生的期末操作考试成绩、备物时间长短、备物是否齐全。结果:观察组操作考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组用物准备时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用物齐全人数高于对照组、用物不齐全人数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在拔火罐中医护理教学中运用"图标教学记忆法",用有趣的图标记忆过程达到准确的记忆目的,能激发学生学习兴趣,快速提高护理操作水平,培养其自主学习能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of the Icon Method application in the traditional Chinese medicine cupping nursing operation. Methods: Using traditional Chinese medicine cupping nursing operation teaching methods in 2012 nursing class 1 and class 2 as control group, while using the Icon Memory Method based on the traditional methods in 2012 nursing class 3 and class 4 as the observation group. Then compare the operation tests scores of the final tests and the time and competence of preparation of the two groups of students. Results: The operation final tests scores of the observation group were higher, preparation time was shorter, and number of completed people was more than the control group(P0.05). Conclusions: Applying the fun Icon Method can stimulate the enthusiasm for learning of students and improve their nursing operation tests scores rapidly as well as cultivate self-learning ability.
