基于京津冀一体化的新航城水资源保障措施

Research on water resource protection measures in new airport city based on integration of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei

以新航城地区水资源为研究对象,分析新航城水资源现状、地下水位及地面沉降状况,根据地下水开发利用情况分析地下水位下降原因,分析新航城地区水资源利用存在的问题,提出基于京津冀一体化的新航城水资源配置思路,以本地地下水为基础,大力发展再生水利用,合理利用南水北调水源,该成果可为新航城地区水资源安全保障以及京津冀一体化具体实例提供理论支持和决策参考。

The water resource in resource utilization, groundwater new airport city area has been investigated. The status of water levels and land subsidence has been clarified. The reasons of groundwater levels dropdown has been analyzed according to groundwater utilization situation. The water resource problems of new airport city area have been raised. And according to these problems, the water resource protection measures in new airport city based on integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have been proposed. Based on the principle of local groundwater conservation, the use of storm water and reclaimed water should be developed vigorously and the South to North water should be allocated reasonably. The results can provide theoretical support and decision-making for the new airport city water resource security and provide specific references for the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
