摘要
在行车密度大,施工场地狭窄的条件下,对新建贵广铁路老罗堡联络线1/42有砟道岔进行施工并确保安全,其难度较大。为此,在比较各种施工方案的基础上,确定了区间整体插铺、分级提速的施工方案。重点介绍了线外道岔整体预拼、轨道形位控制、轨排加固、横移及起升同步控制系列技术。工程实践表明:该方案保证了施工质量和行车安全。
Under the condition of high rate of traffic flow,narrow construction space and safety protection,the construction of 1 /42 ballast turnout in Laoluobao connecting line of newly-built Guizhou-Guangdong Railway is quite difficult. Therefore, based on various construction schemes, the construction scheme for overall pavement and classified acceleration in the space was confirmed. The overall pre-assembly out of the turnout,track shape control,track skeleton reinforcement,sidesway and lifting synchronous control series technology were mainly introduced. The engineering practice shows that the construction scheme can ensure construction quality and traffic safety.
